I have looked at Image Info - it died with a "stack overflow" on a G5
running Panther :-(

I've also used PhotoInfo by Jim Merkel, which does a similar job very well.

But, I can get the data - I just can't interpret it and would like to know
how it's done?

It's not a commercial thing. It's for my own images and I'd like to find out
how this EXIF thing works?

And why the iApps or shell tools can't interpret all of the info that I can
see when viewing the images in Nikon View (which I don't like using because
it's ugly and buggy)?

Regards
