Folks,

Once again, its the time where a large number of people vacate their
offices for an extended period, and as a courtesy to their
correspondents, they set their email systems to respond to every message
with an "I'm out of the office" notice.

It's really dreary to read mailing lists with dozens (or hundreds!) of
these messages. So if you intend to turn on a mail autoresponder,
please either turn off your lists.apple.com list mail beforehand, or use
your mail clients filtering features to file your list mail and not
autorespond to it.

We all thank you in advance, we wish you the warmest and happiest of
holiday seasons, and we look forward to hearing from you again in
January.

(This is also a notice that Apple shuts down from December 24 through
January 1, so this list will have no list administration support and
only limited Apple employee participation for that period).

Regards,

The AppleScript Team
Apple Computer, Inc.
