Finder in your code and it will work fine.

As for System Events, "move" is in its dictionary and you're right...it
doesn't work here either. Neither does "delete." Interesting.

As Chris Nebel confirmed here a couple of months ago, it's not hooked up to the file system yet.
The file system is, of course, what the Finder is all about. :)
