Entering data in a web page

  • Subject: Entering data in a web page

Michael was able to answer my question concerning the password. However, now
I am trying to enter text into an input field of a web page.

I open a web page using the script.
The web page has several input fields.
I need to select a specific field and enter data.

Should I be trying to combine Javascript and Applescript? Can I set the
HTML variable from Applescript?

I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Oh something like this:

user:email@hidden.1.1/Status.htm

... where user is your user name and password is your password. I have
a script to get my IP address from my Linksys router's status page.
