Mac OS 9.2.2 FU (French Universal) is the latest and the best in this
incarnation.

Emmanuel, It seems that this lists has mainly turned its interest towards
OS X, which is quite normal. Would you have any links at apple.com or
apple.com/developer relating URL Access Scripting (URLAS).

The only stuff I found related to URL manager within Carbon lib that I think
URLAS is using. This is all C stuff.

Perhaps Christopher Nebel could help with this?
