Yes!!!
I have 3:
[1]
on adding folder items to this_folder after receiving added_items
-- do anything
end adding folder items to
takes away focus from the currently active window in whatever application,
which sucks rocks!
Bugreporter doesn't work, so I haven't been able to reach Apple about this
(unless one of the Chrisses picked it up silently through this list, from the
thread "FolderActions bug?" late March).
[2]
"after receiving added_items" appears to behave more like "after receiving
some of the added_items" when you throw 'a lot' of files at it. I mean it
doesn't always process all the added items, which suggests it acts too soon,
or something. (Perhaps related to Finder.app never updating when it needs to?
Will that finally be solved in Tiger?)
(I'm aware of 1 workaround, which involves using do shell script to pass
things on to a zsh shell script. Not very portable, to say the least ;))
[3]
System Events is always wasting about 8% of my CPU (G4/400) according to top,
while just sitting and watching, doing nothing. I mean, if it would be
showing a pretty barberpole or something that would be very Aqua-like
wastage. But it just wastes, without even giving us something pretty to stare
at.
I also have a couple of Script Editor bugs that I'd love to see fixed. Since
Bugreporter doesn't work, I take the liberty to mention them here too, in the
hope that they end up on the right desk:
[1]
Now and then hitting Enter in a script window is mistaken for Return.
(Confirmed on several machines)
[2]
The Library window is not always opened, even though it was the last time.
Lastly, I know of someone who would love to see GUI scripting to be capable
of checking & controlling the Caps-lock key :)
