alias from Finder file object

  • Subject: alias from Finder file object

This seems like it should be easy, but I can't find it. If you have a Finder file object, like:

file "foo" of folder "bar" of disk "foobar"

is there an easy way to get the alias to that file? I thought it would just be a property. I want to use it with the open for access scripting addition.

Thanks,

David
