Quark 6 Doc File Path = Temporary Items?

Hello,
I have a script that is returning a path to the "Temporary Items" instead of
the real file path. What gives? The document isn't even modified. Is it
because it is part of a book?
tell application "QuarkXPress 6"
tell document 1
set vDocPath to file path
End
End
