Well, I just disabled v1.1 and located the version you found (1.2) and
launched it; it still works perfectly. Are you sure the scripts you are
testing function normally outside the Scripts Menu? I think you said they
did, but I don't know what else to tell you. I even put a copy of the
Firefox script in four locations:
/Library/Scripts/script.scpt
~/Library/Scripts/script.scpt
~/Library/Scripts/Applications/script.scpt
~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Firefox/script.scpt
...and all four instances work as expected. Perhaps this is a difference in
Mozilla and Firefox.
