hi Bernardo,
I would use applecript and illustrator¹s (10 or CS) variable function.
first you must create a graph in illustrator choosing the preferred style
(chart, line, pie) and add some data; then you have to bind that object to
a variable in the variables palette. You can create all the data set
manually in illustrator, but the point is that you can import your data
formatted as xml using applescript and the print all the dataset
informations
I don't know if you are familiar with this feature but if you look at the
examples provided with the software you will realize its potential.
