hi there

any idea how i can open a url in camino? i tried:

tell application "Camino"
open URL "http://www.google.com"
end tell

tell application "Camino"
open location "http://www.google.com"
end tell

tried this and kind of works even when camino is not my default browser.

however it always opens a new window and it doesn'r replace the conttent of anm existing one.

the camino dictionary says about <x-tad-bigger>Get URL and open URL</x-tad-bigger><x-tad-bigger>:</x-tad-bigger><x-tad-bigger>

command: </x-tad-bigger>
<x-tad-bigger>Load a URL in the frontmost window
</x-tad-bigger>
<x-tad-smaller> </x-tad-smaller><x-tad-smaller>Get URL</x-tad-smaller><x-tad-smaller> </x-tad-smaller><x-tad-smaller> -- the object for the command
</x-tad-smaller>
<x-tad-smaller>
but neither of them does anything...

cheers, olli</x-tad-smaller>

* Virtually any browser supports "open location", event GURLGURL.

but it gives me the error: "Camino got an error: URL doesn't the open
message."

what can i do about it?

cheers, olli
