So it would appear that your attachment will get posted if it's less
than 12 kB, which is even less than the old 32 kB limit on Script
Editor, but typically larger than most mail messages to this list. It
also reveals that there is now a moderator to approve any "large"
messages.
So presumably if your attachment passes muster, then it will get
posted. If not, then it won't. My test post had a cartoon attached,
so it's likely that you'll never see it. But at least now you'll know
what the new rules are.
