I want to create a .pkg file of a folder containing some files (inclusing

create the same ??? Is there any command for that ?

Do you mean that you want to change an existing folder into a package, or that you want to create a package from scratch?

If the latter, simply choose "Script bundle" or "Application bundle" from the Format popup menu when saving the script.

If the former, if it can be done at all, I think it would have to be done with a shell script.
