Do you mean that you want to change an existing folder into a package,
or that you want to create a package from scratch?
If the latter, simply choose "Script bundle" or "Application bundle"
from the Format popup menu when saving the script.
If the former, if it can be done at all, I think it would have to be
done with a shell script.
