Must have been 10.0.0 because I have both 10.1 and 10.2 at my fingertips and they behave the same. ;-)

Could be 10.0 I haven't scripted Terminal for a long time. But I do recall making multiple windows without that sort of asinine approach. "make new window" seems like a no brainer to me. "do script" as means to make a new window is thoroughly stupid. Inconsistency at its best.
