I doubt that you are misinterpreting my instructions. Hacking the Term.nib
makes *launching* the Terminal a nicer experience for some users who use the
Terminal enough to care about that sort of thing.
If you want multiple sessions appearing at different positions on the screen
then your method is valid. It's also one where each window would be running
a command *as intended* - not a command that you needed to run just to get
the window open in a specific position.
The issue here is Terminal's code - I would assume that most of us can use
AppleScript to move a window to a specific position on the screen...
