No, that's just the /Users/ folder. I think he's asking for

    path to current user folder

I can't recall how far back that works - it's not in the release notes for AS 1.7 though 1.9.2 so maybe it's been active the whole time in OS X.  ('path to home folder' is an alternative that works only for Panther, i.e. AppleScript 1.9.2, and later.) 'path to "cusr"' meaning the /Users/ folder goes back to the beginning; I can't recall what the 4-character string for current user folder might be, if any.
