Does anyone know how a script for the fowwling would be written?

I work at a newspaper and we Archive our Daily PDF pages. Well we just went Computer to plate and with the new software we have to Name our files different from before. We have pdfs in 4-5 (depending on what day) different folders on a server. The folders are Named ASection, BSection, CSection, DSection and ESection. after I get the correct section of pdfs copied into their correct folder, I need to have a script (without asking a user for help) that will search the files for WT and delete the name only and search for GT and replace the GT with Greeley.
