The preferences for most StuffIt components can be set to continue to expand
automatically, deleting along the way or not. No additional scripting is
needed.

Depending on your version of Stuff/Unstuff components, you can also create
individual "mini apps" that have their own preferences.  Droplets, if you
will, that can be targeted like other app via AS. A list is all it needs.

Anyway, that's how my set-up is organized.
