Well, the point for me was to avoid the use of RealPlayer. Anyway, I wrote
an Applescript droplet that creates an .mp3 file from a .ram file. It
requires an internet connection, mplayer, and lame. I've only tested it on
10.4.2 but it seems to work on all of the .ram files I've tested. I'll be
happy to post it here if asked. Thanks.
