Yes, yes. Quite nice. I do like that.  (And I do use those kinds of
callbacks and prefilters in PHP, so I get you...although probably not as
OOPy as you would write, since that's your bailiwick.

And this is becoming clearer, and I see the utility of that kind of
construct. And I also see why it's pretty far the kinds of things that basic
AS applications need do (not that they wouldn't benefit from being able to
do.)
