Thanks for the confirmation on this bug. Do you have any code your could share? I have a tight deadline and haven’t messed with GUI scripting much, I do have Quickeys installed though.

This is a Quark bug, which occurs because Apple changed the print architecture in Tiger. Quark is aware of the problem, and my understanding is that the issue will be addressed in Quark 7. For now, you could try running the process on a 10.3.x machine, or trying to use UI scripting <http://www.apple.com/applescript/uiscripting/> or QuicKeys <http://www.quickeys.com/> as a workaround.
