Are you in the land where the vote machines change the name of the candidate you vote for ?

There is a Beautiful Island in the Mediterranean sea where death people vote during polls ;) (*)
And we do not use machines nor Internet (yet) to vote. Isn't it nice ?

Well, we rarely hear about vote fraud here, and recounts are relatively simple.

You take the physical pieces of paper, and count them.

And amazingly, in a country of 35 million people, our national election results are tallied within 3 or 4 hours of the polls closing.

I confess, I don't understand how there is *any* advantage to any sort of automated vote process.

You're not a candidate in the next polls.

IMHO, using a machine to vote (even Internet), add fraud possibilities (fraud chances increase when the number of people to count the votes decrease / fraud chances also increase when the technology come for the same reason of the first part of this sentence).

Did you watch some of the movies about the last larges vote lately ?
[The voter wanted to choose a candidate, but when the mouse comes to its button name, that button size decrease and the other candidate button size grows...]

Peux-t-on raconter des blagues sur les Corses ?
