Scripts turning "saved as run-only" ???

This may be a long-shot, but does anybody else have the eery feeling
that some of their scripts are "turning run-only" behind their back?
I am not in the habit of saving as run-only, but I've got two or
three scripts that I am now unable to edit because of this reason.
I distinctly remember writing these scripts. I suppose I must have
spaced out somehow and saved them this way, but I thought I'd check
if anybody else has been getting the same feeling lately.
I'm running 10.4.2 and use Script Editor to save my scripts.
