So, if I'm 29 years at Apple and only some days/weeks/months on AppleScript, I

No, definitely no, it can't be so. Something's wrong over there...
And about what blame ? Why must it be some blame ? Errors are as common as
computer bugs.
Please, forget about the blame, follow the right suggestion, squash the bug and
have a nice Sunday :)
