Thanks for the tip. I checked my CR/LF and it didn't change my error message. I'm guessing 'call method' can only work when there's an ObjC/Java method specified in a dictionary or available in the app Christopher Nebel's email indicates this. I was using Script Editor which didn't have the target method in my test script.
