LPT:One Mac client problems

Folks,

 

Anybody out there been able to get any macs working with this client?  We contracted with Xerox, who contracted with JMX, who contracted with Envisionware, etc. and not many people seem to have any answers for us.  Our current macs are running on 10.3.9, although some new ones coming soon will be on 10.4.
