AppleScripting Univ Access "use grayscale"?

Anyone know a scriptable way to turn "use grayscale" on and off in the Universal Access preferences? I see a keystroke command for the invert, but not for the grayscale. Would prefer not to use GUI scripting unless necessary, but a defaults write command is fine.
