Fooling around with Folder Actions in 10.4.3, I find that the "moving folder
window for" event handler works perfectly -- but only if the target folder's
window does not have its toolbar and sidebar turned on. Turn them back on,
and this event handler stops working.
Known bug? Or shall I pop it into RadarWeb?
