I chucked a Spanish spam into my trash box earlier today - turns out to be from a 'Bernardo Hohl', which I'm assuming is the same person as the domain name (correiofacil.com) is the same for both.

Get lost. You might as well blame Apple for making Address Book scriptable, or publishing any other APIs. There are plenty legitimate uses for this technology, and I am not the boss of those who'd abuse it.
