How to choose a folder for desktop image

My desktop image is changing every 5 min (thats the way I like it). I
want to make two scripts one will choose 'abstract' (at home) as a
folder for desktop image and the other will choose 'nature' (for work).
Is there a way to script the "desktop and screensaver'
systempreference pane?
this is what I got so far:
tell application "System Events"
click menu item "Bureaublad en schermbeveiliging" of menu "Weergave"
of menu bar 1 of process "System Preferences" -- this will open the
prefpane
..........
end tell
