The file on the disk image is the actual cscreen command. You must copy it
onto your hard disk somewhere. A handy place would be in a directory which
is in the PATH variable. If you do that you can execute it by typing just
cscreen, otherwise you will have to provide the complete path for the
command.
If you place it in a directory called bin in your Home folder you could
access it by typing ~/bin/cscreen.
