I recently purchased Shirley Hopkins InDesign CS Scripting Cookbook. This CS version literally shipped within the last week. It has already saved me. I can not speak more highly of Shirley’s work with InDesign and Quark. She’d done an excellent job and comes with a CD full of resources. Runs $39.95 plus shipping. She’s located at P.O. Box 280, Springville, UT 84663. I think another posting had a link to purchase off Amazon. Just make sure it is the new CS version, not the v2.0

I don't know of any book that covers InDesign scripting in any detail.
All I can do is shamelessly plug AppleScript Pro Sessions, next in
Monterey May 2-6, where we spend a day on InDesign scripting.
