Doesn't matter. The 10.3.8 update doesn't do anything to the Iinstalled Dev
Tools. ADC changed is page format. Login, click on Downloads, then
Developer Tools, and then scroll down to Xcode Tools v1.5 (376 MB). Also,
there's November 2004 gcc 3.3 Updater and CHUD 4.0.1.
