Mail's Previous Recipients

Hi all!

I've been thinking of writing a script for Mail.app to take control of the "Previous Recipients" list. My thought is when I move messages from the Junk folder into a Report Spam folder (I use SpamCop from the Report Spam folder), it should remove the senders of those messages from my Previous Recipients list. Otherwise, it's just a matter of time before Mail just can't handle the auto completion of addresses anymore (I've had to clear out this list twice in the last year, no big deal but annoying).

(The act of moving messages to a Report Spam folder simply allows me to check to see if something accidentally got marked as spam - like responses to list messages or replies from other companies that aren't in my Address Book yet.)

Before I jump into a project like this, is there already one out there? If not, is there any interest in something like this (should I post the script here for all to enjoy)? Not being an AS guru myself (but having Neuburg's book), any big hints or gotchas to watch out for?
