I doubt AppleScript as such has inbuilt support for this, but with some
good scripting skills and using some UI Scripting constructs, you can
achieve this.
The idea is to periodically probe in a loop and search for the existence
of dialog box (of course, that dialog box should have some name or id so
that the UI Scripting can recognize that dialog box), and if the dialog
box is found, you can proceed with what you need.
