does not allow access.

I don't know, but if you have the Developer tools installed from OSX, try:
<file:///Developer/Documentation/AppleScript/Reference/StudioReference/ sr3_app_suite/chapter_3_section_20.html>


or modify to the location where you installed the Developer tools.
