In terminal I run softwareupdate -l and get this result...

1.  How do I just get the following...
iCal 1.5.5
iPod Updater 2004-11-15, (null)
iTunes 4.7.1
Mac OS X Update 10.3.7
AirPort Software 4.1

Any help is appreciated.
