There's nothing in 'do shell script' that supports interactive shell command
execution. If you need to type anything in a shell command, 'do shell
script' is not for you.
You either need to setup host keys between you and the server so that you
can log in non-interactively or (bleugh) use Terminal.app to manage the ssh
connection.
Mike Bombich's discussion on setting up rsync covers the issue of creating
host keys quite nicely: <http://www.bombich.com/mactips/rsync.html>
