Hello all, I have a script doing a terminal grep and processing the information to cp files from one server to another. Today it took 8 minutes and hit a stack overflow, when I opened the script our Dual G5 XServer did a blue screen and rebooted. When it came back up I re- ran the script and it took about 40 seconds, how long it should.

Has anyone had any dealings with scripts taking a long time to run the longer the system stays up? It has been weeks since we rebooted that server. Anybody know of any maintenance that is not already on an XServe that might need to be run?

Thanks.
