Hmmm... So, Paris (or Madrid, for instance) is +2 GMT "summer time", and +1
GMT "not summer time"? There is a one-line for this? (or, changes are
allways ending march and october?) I've allways wondered why does it exist
this "summer time" and "standard time" thing... Who decided it!
