Hi All,
I am doing a study on Mac automation possibilities and their usage.
I feel that many of the Mac applications can be automated with Applescripting. In case of applications which are not applescriptable, we can use system events scripting to control the GUI(I assume that the GUI elements will be accessible).
- So when do you think people go in for buying automation tools and when do they choose to use GUI scrupting for automating their Mac application? Also how comfortable are people in using GUI scripting for their automation purposes.
- Also wanted to know what is the future for GUI scripting? I am very interested in GUI SCripting.

Really appreciate your thoughts on this.

Regards,
Nandini
