How is it different that normal loading of scripts?

Clarification:
I see the great organization aspect it adds, but what 'under the hood' benefits does it add to using libraries?
In my system I already have a very similar organization of loading scripts to handlers. Will Loader simply replace that, or is it fundamentally different?

Hanaan
