Do you mean a list?

As in:
	set theContainer to {element1, element2}
	set item 1 of theContainer to "Hello"

Or do you mean it in a mathematical way were Y is a function of Y?

Hi,

Is there a way to create variables in Applescript like, X(Y)? Where x is the variable and Y could be another variable.
