Yes, thanks for pointing that out.
The ConvertToString lib is not specifically meant to store string clones
that _work_ the same as their donor class object. It is meant to form usable
text representations (there are other libraries which provide 'get' and
'set' of indexed lists and manipulations of records and the like, of course,
which can also be represented as string.)
As an important footnote, please know that I intended no discouragement
regarding your post. I only want to continue to remind the AS community
that there is a resource, admittedly underutilized and under "promoted",
that could use some clever craftspeople, like yourself.
I suppose an alternative to (or a form of?) telepathy would be a more vocal
librarian.
I'll try to remember that.
