1) Chair-making (from greenwood)
2) 'bodge job', i.e. 'botch'
Also used as slang to mean, roughly, "make your own" or "patch job".
I saw an article on "bodging your bike", for example.
(And a suggestion that the origin of 'bodger' may be related to 'badger'.)
