QXP and the "Repair Files" dialog

When QXP6.5 is opening a verion 4.11 file, I get this dialog "This document
needs minor repairs" -- I say OK and all is well. But I don't need this
dialog when QXP6.5 is opening 4.11 document under AS -- is there a way to
suppress it or tell it to repair it without stopping the script?
