We've had Canadians at nearly every session we've run, and I'd love to
visit Canada. But I'm not sure how feasible it would be. We only require
small numbers, but it's a lot harder organising things remotely, and we
have to do all the leg-work ourselves (actually, by sticking to the US I
dodge most of that :-)).
