Handler to set Script Properties?

I am working on a script that will be run from the script menu. It really doesn't need to have any user interface, but it would be nice to be able to include a handler to set one of the script properties occasionally. The property is the email account in Mail.app to use, so it would be much better to call up a Select from List dialog rather than make the user go in and edit the script

Is there an "easy" way to get a handler to run to handle a situation like this?

Thanks,
Pat
