How do I word the "similar" command in PhotoShop?

activate
select current document region {{2, 2}, {4, 2}, {4, 4}, {2, 4}}
fill selection of current document with contents {class:RGB color,
red:166, green:167, blue:159}
similar of layer "DarkColor" of current document tolerance 60 with
antialiasing --Creates Error here
