Found records count in Filemaker 6/OS X

  • Subject: Found records count in Filemaker 6/OS X

I have several scripts that I have used for years with Filemaker 5.5 and
lower with OS 9 that would show the count of the current found set of
records.

Tell app "Filemaker Pro"
Tell document "MyDB.fp5"
Set myCount to count of records
End Tell
End Tell

This would always give me the count of the current found set. Now I'm trying
to do the same thing in FMP 6 running OS 10.3 and I get the total count of
records in the database, not the count showing or found. I've tried every
logical combination but nothing works.

Any help would be appreciated.
